caleb hugged taylor. then he got to thinking. hed just quit his job and there was no way taylors grandparents would let him have it back

Taylor hugged Caleb tight, refusing to let go. Chad watched from behind Caleb, and her grandparents watched from behind Taylor.

caleb saw taylors grandparents come back out. he didnt care though. he just wanted to work on himself for taylors sake

Taylor opened her eyes and looked over at her grandparents. "Please don't make him go..."

Her grandmother sighed, giving her grandfather a look, he nodded. "Fine. You can stay if you like, Caleb, but you treat her right or I will dump your ass so far down this road you won't know where you are, understand?"

caleb looked at her grandparents "yes ma'am i understand" caleb spoke carfully not to anger anyone more. he wanted to do better this time, but truley didnt know how.

"Good," she replied. "Taylor, its getting late," she said gently. Taylor nodded, yawning. She hugged Caleb tight, kissing his cheek. "Goodnight," she smiled, before reluctantly going back into the house. "Goodnight Caleb," the grandparents said before closing the door. Chad walked over to Caleb, "I have got a lot of shit to teach you," Chad replied, "Wanna get a drink?"

caleb said goodnight and turned to chad "you really do" he spoke solomly "and is that even a question of course i do" the pair went to get the drinks. caleb couldnt wait to learn but in all honesty he was just a cowboy running from himself and taylor had been living on the highest shelf.

Chad sat at the bar with him, sipping on his beer. "Okay... where to start..." he hummed. "Okay, well, for starters, she is always right. No matter what. Make sure she's okay on a regular, and start things slow. Start the kissing and anything more slow, and always, always ask for her consent. If she wants it, and goes after you, she gets it. And afterward, never, ever leave her in bed alone or wake up alone. You always stay by her side when shes sleeping or just wants to cuddle. And lastly, just do something nice for her on a regular. Give her flowers, or do a date night, just do it regularly,"
