Oh yeah, I've made so many inclusions. I've done cinnamon and brown sugar, bacon and cheddar, jalapeño and cheddar and bacon, white chocolate and strawberries, lemon poppyseed, lemon and blueberry, coffee and chocolate.

There's a few others I want to try and do too. Like a pizza type one.

The white spots are indeed birdcatcher.

In addition, the black spot is called a bend or spot. :)
