Hello, I was thinking of returning to HEE and doing art raffles. Are they allowed?
I searched around the forums for info, and did not find anything unless I missed it?
  • art raffles, as in: people comment to enter and then the comments are counted, a winner (or several) are randomly rolled and then art of their HEE Horse/s is drawn as the prize.

Hi! This is definitely allowed. To find similar examples, artists usually qualify them as "Art Contests" so check out that section of the forums ^^

as long as it is not a true raffle where you have to pay for a slot to enter, that is not allowed. It must be free to enter. Contest rules linked above outlines that.
