SD=single discapline (a horse training in or being used to breed for specifically jumping, cross country, or dressage)
Ad=all discaplines

I'm not familiar with PO, do you mean PON? That stands for sport ponies.
Edit: or perhaps RO? That's roll over, the horse eden new year. It's on the first of every month and horses age up and can breed again.
