I am trying to help my mom get into this game. She has a free account and just started playing today. Does she have to have a premium account for us to be "friends"? Does she have to be a member for a certain period of time?

You should be able to click the "friends" tab on her stable page and scroll down, click the add friend checkbox, and she will receive game mail it accept <3

Have you checked her game mail? If not it may be a bug, as I wasn't aware of any requirements, but you could always ask a mod about it to see if there are existing requirements <3

My friend told me that she asked to be friends on Horse Eden, but when I accpeted it, nothing happens. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
