Hello, I was thinking of returning to HEE and doing art raffles. Are they allowed?
I searched around the forums for info, and did not find anything unless I missed it?
  • art raffles, as in: people comment to enter and then the comments are counted, a winner (or several) are randomly rolled and then art of their HEE Horse/s is drawn as the prize.
