Octavia 9 and Octavia 68 Have 6 horses between them and so when consolidated, should combine to leave one horseless but they refuse to.

A minute later they are still trying to keep their horses!

It's because they both have 0 experience. Consolidation will only move horses to riders with the most experience.

Ahh. I don't see how that's helpful. Could it be added that if both experiences are zero, it's randomly selected?

Pleassssee. I don't show so none of my riders have experience but I also don't have to patience to manually consolidate all of the riders with 3-4 horses lol 🙄
