Yes you can (for EBS), as long as you credit any reference you use and credit yourself for the drawing. |

I dont think so. No. Only if you got your reference from a photograph, you must credit the artist (photographer).
But if its something you reference from real life, then I think you would be the only person you would have to credit. |
