For your first mare, I'd send her to Valen. He sports a very pretty coat coloration having Tobi and a nice pedigree that includes Apostle, Schwärze, Valentino, Humble Bee, and the Vatican along with many others. Overall they both match each other, the Movement isn't really proving to be an issue in my eyes, so I'd definitely give him a shot! His stud fee is $50,000, he's on the ABLB and ISHLB (#5 last year). 
For your second gal, a spotted her Movement and Speed being a big weakness and this boy sparked my head imminently when looking at her training. Solros was placed at #32 SHLB last game year and matches her needs very well. Stud fee is $35,000, and I recommend using him! Good luck!
Could you possibly find an another stud for Euphoria? The owner of the stud hasn't been on for a while and I would prefer to get a straw :).
