So I found two studs that match her very well but both are 17, so you're going to need to pm the owners and ask for straws.

I found two studs that match her well, one is above your price range but if you were to join the club he's discounted for he's right at your budget of 100k and the other is well within your budget. Both are on the ABLB.
He's strong in heart and strength which will match her weaknesses. Since she also doesn't have any clear strengths its good that he's fairly well balanced. https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=20490258
