Because I call around to make sure they carry my insurance...its not hard to call around. I have went to 3 urgent cares and they were all crap and I have went to two ERs and they both have treated me like crap

As they have all said, Ibis Paint. It's the only thing I have been able to find that works well enough that I can use it on my iPhone without problems. There are a few small things I wish it would let me do/would have, but it has enough options for everything that I can still produce nice art. You just have to know what is available to use and how to use it.
