Attention Artists!

I have recently began making art on an iPad and I need help figuring out how to resize the pictures. Is there any apps you guys recommend? I do not have access to a computer at the moment

Any help appreciated!!!

Also I need help shrinking the file to size on an iPad? Suggestions?
