So lately I have been trying a new style. At points it's a time saver and at others it takes a little longer.

Here is what I can do.
•Easy cut out
•Color change
•Body prep (My favorite)
•Lighting change
•Eyes
•Adding patterns
•Highlights
•Lowlights
-
I can NOT do manes and tails. It just doesn't work out for me.
-
So what Tier/Price do you think would be best?
i have been doing free manips lately for some practice and I think they are getting better every time.

I would say very high tier 3.
Your lighting is right on point. The horse fuses with the background really well.
I would try not to hide the horse footing that much because that's also an important part of the piece and I find the shadows in some cases excessive.
For the body prep, I would make the smudging more subtle. You want to leave the horse clean but without the strokes to be noticed.
I can feel you regarding the mane and tail. It's really hard to do. However, practice. Like the attempts are not bad at all but nowadays being good at hair makes a big difference since people care a lot about it. There are quite a few tutorials in the resources for improvement thread that are quite good. To be honest, seeing your lighting, it should be something you could really take advantage of for horse hair. As soon as you get the hang of it, I think you can improve really quickly :)

I would start out with selling art at the higher mid tier 3 range.

After you managed to sell some pieces of art, you can slowly rise your prices and work your way up to the top end of tier 3!

And once you are drowning in art requests for top tier 3, you can start to offer your art in the lower tier 2 price range!
