I use gimp and this was a screenshot of what I thought was a finished banner. It is slightly smaller dimensions than what it is suppose to be. I have made it jpg. I have merged, flattened and all the other things I can think of. What do I need to do to get it to fit? Any help appreciated.

THANK YOU TO ATLAS ACRES for helping me with my issue! I was not aware that the banners had to be exact (I thought they could be less if necessary to avoid stretching or compressing and image). Now I know! This art stuff take alot of knowledge! I am glad there is such a great source of it here on HEE!
