Kind of. We both love horror and scary movies and such but he grew up with younger and older siblings so they would celebrate Halloween over his birthday for the most part. Because of that he doesn't really care for it

If an old movie or tv show is in the Public Domain, are we allowed to use a screenshot from the film for use in HEE art if it is also credited as such? (example: "The Killer Shrews in public domain")??

I was referencing this
among a few other things?
It says once in the PD, copywrite has either expired or has been allowed to go into the PD.
But what HEE says goes of course :-)
