Agreed. And, on top of that, those 14 and under, for the most part, do not really have a breeding goal other than pretty horses. They will have fifty AAA rated 1 of 1 SHs. So, gameplay is already somewhat stifled by experience, intelligence, and maturity. (Not knocking the color breeders.)

I think having the ability to turn PMs off from receiving messages from younger players and a seperate chat for younger players would be great, especially since blocking them in the normal sense means they can't interact with horses. So LB breeders would struggle. It should be mostly communication

Same Min, especially with the ban on social media for under 16s coming

Yeah there could be levels actually. So just chat or full block options

Not to mention it could go the other way as well. Im not a parent but if I had a 13 year old on here Id be much happier if their interactions with adult strangers was limited

I think it would mainly just be the chat side that would be affected. They could still interact with all the horses. And PM as long as the account is accepting PM from any age group.

I watch chat between calls at work. It's so much better than traffic stops and alarm calls

There would definitely be kinks for someone much clever than me to work out. But I think it could be a nice compromise to let kids still enjoy the game without putting people off that aren't as tolerant to them

From the system side of things - would it update once a day to add new accounts to the If Yes Than

It would definitely be a very different game - It would almost run like two different playing fields.
If 'Adults' had the LeaderBoards and blocked the Young Players from interacting with their horses - it could effectively stifle game play for a generation

interesting concept for sure

Ash but what if I DO have an Olympic showjumper named Steve what then

Yeah, same - I’d feel harsh blocking loads of younger people (who are just being young, so fair enough - I just don’t want to interact with younger people) so I don’t bother. Plus it’s weird to me that people can see who’s blocked them 😅

Naw, I'm on a monitoring job so we've got hours of downtime so I've spent the last hour or so watching free Willy lol. I forget everything this movie did for the orca, Keiko 😭

Boulder- I go on lunch in an hour so Ill type something up 😊 It would definitely improve my QOL and if theres a choice then there would be plenty of players who arent that fussed who won't bother with it

Exactly Ash. Plus if we could just choose a "blanket block" option it would feel less personally hurtful to the kids themselves? If I go around blocking anyone who annoys me they can clearly see I got irritated by them. If Im an account that clearly has all under 18s (or maybe under 16s so its in line with the previous age limit?) blocked through the game itself its not about the individual people.

Min - looks like you would get a lot of traction if you also posted in the Suggestions forum.

Who's responsibility is it for player interaction?
The Game or the Players?
- Should we be heavier handed with the Block button?

It’s generally obvious yeah, but still annoying when they’re causing chaos or lying about their latest rescued foal or imported Olympic showjumper called Steve

Okay, so this kind of is about School, but also about personal problems.
-
So my partner and I were going to hang out at their house. So I had to ride their bus over there on a Friday afternoon (about 3 to 4 months ago.)
There's this girl who (according to my partner) likes to be the first one to get on the bus every day. So when the doors opened, everyone in the crowd started pushing to get on. Unfortunately, my partner was right next to the girl. And she yelled at him for pushing him. So everything after was fine. But when we got to our stop, she got off too. And then she started cussing both of us out (even though i didn't push her, or wasn't anywhere near her.)
That's not my main problem.
The problem is that anytime she sees us together, she either A. Curses at us, or B. Says "I cussed those two out really good."
So it's just the harrassment that stresses me out, especially because I didn't push her.
-
Second thing, my ex and I are friends. And my partner and my ex are also friends. We dated a couple years ago, but eventually fell out. But recently, they've been saying things like "Thats my ex" or they introduce me in that way. I told them to stop yesterday. Well, today, what happened was exactly why it made me uncomfortable.
Someone came up and said "hey, you're _'s ex." And just stood there. In front of my partner.
And what bothers me is I can't really change that they've introduced me that way, but I didn't want to be known as that. My partner told them to stop about a year ago, but they ignored them.
They've also said stuff like "I dated her before you" to my partner, which I guess is making him really paranoid that my ex is trying to get me to leave him. I wouldn't, and don't want or plan to. I just wish all of this would stop.
-
Long rant over. I'm surprised under my stress I've managed to keep up A's and B's honestly. I've never done that.
