In the real world of racing, each breeder has their own farm but what if there was a HUGE facility that had the capabilities of housing at least a hundred (or more) horses and had every facility necessity that you could ever need as an owner/breeder? dirt and turf tracks for any horse preference, a list of top ranked trainers and exceptional jockeys at your disposal (ofc you can always pick whoever you want, but the facility has the best of the best available for you), specialty vet and facility on the property for 24 hour care, PEMF/hydrothereapy/equine chiropractors, fully staffed barn help, access to all the popular and best of the best thoroughbred boodlines for your own personal breeding, and all your advertisement/PR responsibilities taken care of, and the farm even hosts its own different categories of exclusive races with purses in the 6 and 7 figures, just as large and grand as other famous stakes races.

This farm would represent the biggest and best breeders in the US that want to be a part of it. Owners pay dues each year to be a part of the farm and all it has to offer without other fees/charges by the farm itself. All the owners and their horses are represented under the farm name, but are all free to do their own individual things when it comes to their bloodlines, what races they enter, and personal business mangement (under farm guidance while they are a part of the farm).

The perk of this arrangement would be that members get first access to stallions from other members when they come available (so access to champions to better your lines) as well as a slight discount off the public listed stud fees. Also they get the opportunity to gain access to broodmares/champion racing mares for breeding mostly by embryo transfer that the farm can help with. Additionally, any new up and coming horses would get publicity and coverage so breeders are able to sell stock for higher prices faster, as well as get their own bloodlines' name out there and widely known. Everyone pays attention to the horses that come out of this farm because no matter who the member is, they come from highly sought after and exceptional lines because they farm does not accept anything less! The farm is known for housing dozens of champion race horses.

There would be requirements to meet and continue to uphold in order to become a member under this farm. For example, breeders must have good public relations before being considered by the farm (so no scandals or bad behavior will be tolerated). They must keep their bloodlines to the highest excellency (culling out the bad and breeding to even better horses). The horses themselves will have minimum wins/amount of races they must enter in order to be considered a horse of the farm (there will be actual requirements in the RP) and horses that fail to meet are no longer welcomed to be housed on the farm so the owner must board them elsewhere if they want to keep them, or sell them. The main horses of each breeder must able be capable of winning big races (they are allowed to have broodmares/sires that have outstanding progeny reports, even if they didnt race/race well themselves.

If any of the requirements are failed to be reached or mainained at any time, the breeder will be kicked out of the farm and no longer supported. Each breeder is reevaluated every year before dues are paid.

So the RP would be about the farm, daily life of a horse owner/trainer/etc. and racing-including farm hosted races as well as actual big races like the three triple crown races, breeders cup classic, other stakes races, claiming races, etc.
