{Layout of the stables} - Coming into the drive you have a gravel courtyard along with the Office, The courtyard has a semi big fountain directly in the middle of it, On both sides of the fountain there are benches for the newbies to come and sit waiting to be assighed to their places, Going a few miles to the right there is a huge wooden barn with 20 stalls, Beside it stands two pastures, One on each side, Walking along the left side there is another barn but this one has 40 stalls, Behind this barn is a indoor arena with two sides, One for jumping and the other for dressage, Beside it is another arena but outdoor for western pleasure, there is also and outdoor jumping arena where People who drive by or are driving in can see you and your friends jump, there is also another outdoor arena for either dressarge or barrel racing, and an outdoor arena for bull riding, roping and cutting, there is also an indoor arena used for the western disciplines, Now back near the entrance is a rider's lounge where a truck and trailer sits, This truck and trailer can be used by any body looking to transport their horses for showing or vets, A little down the way to the side of the truck sits a small but roomy pasture, This pasture holds minature cows, goats, chickens and ducks coming from all places, Beside that one holds mini horses and donkies, there is also around 80 different pastures around the property with a bush block down the back with tons of trails, down near a smaller bush block is our verry own cross country course with water jumps and all sorts off xc jumps they vary in heights and widths. - {The barn} - Inside the first spacious barn has stalls on each side, The doors are sliding wooden doors, In the middle of the barn there are two doors on the sides to get out, Also in the middle are two washing stalls on each side, made of concrete with a drain on the floor and rings on the walls to attach the horses to, Then there is a tacking station with cross ties for your horses with a wash spot, Then there are 20 more stalls, and the last door. The aisle is concrete with rubber matting, and it is always swept clean. There is an over head hay loft with stairs leading up it. The loft looks over the horses and is a spacious relaxing place for you and your mates to relax. - {Rider's lounge} - Inside the riders lounge....you walk in to the right and there is a medium sized sitting area, This area has two couches, one chair, three side tables on each part of the furniture, On the wall is a good sized tv right above a fireplace for when it gets cold, To the left you have a kitchen with everything you could ever imagine, This kitchen is decked with a long marble island sitting in the middle, marble counters cover around the area, two microwaves, one dishwasher, a stove and lastly the fridge, Down the hall near the kitchen is places for the riders to shower, this hall is gifted with high cealings, six showers, six sinks and six stalls. - {Cabins} - Inside the cabins...you walk into a spacious area with a beautiful couch, a tv mounted to the wall and a table sitting slightly infront of the couch, To your left you have a small kitchen big enough for both you and the person your sharing the cabin with, Down the hall that's near the living room is one bed and bath, Inside this bedroom is decorated in many horse photos of great horses and their riders, Walking out of this hallway and going straight leads you to another hall with another bed and bath. |
