Hi!
I'll stick to evaluating the SHs, as I know nothing about the state of RID breeding. :)
Penlee
Mom's not on the boards & down 1 wk 4. But is training better than Mom, who was down 2 wk 4. Would reevaluate after wk 7.
Paldea
Pending further training, she looks very promising. Bumping Mom +30 spots on the board is huge. My girl who bumped her dam +22 on the SHLB ended up on the ABLB.
Avalon
Training is weak, but may make the XCLB, as she leveled in that wk 7.
Morgana
Training is decent, but has only produced 2x EEE so far.
Penzance
Meh training, didn't make the SHLB, but has produced 2x WWW
Saxon
Ok training, but didn't make the SHLB & meh production.
Valeera
Ok training, but not on SHLB. Has produced 1x WWW.
Taveta
Meh training, meh production, & not on SHLB.
Aves
Currently @ # 47 SHLB. Gave you Paldea, who is very promising. Could give you more nice babies, but some mares can be one-and-done in the good production department.
Risoria
Good training, 2x WWW producer, but not on SHLB.
Nicolli
Doesn't look like she's on the SHLB currently, but has given you 5x WWW.
Training for LB WWWs is whacky nowadays. Down wk 4 & poor wk 7s can land better than exceptional training. Here's what I would do if these were the mares I had to work with.
1.Paldea
Depending on wk 7 & leveling, she will likely be your most promising candidate for top priority.
2. Morgana
She's only 4, so she's debuting next RO. Shes svenned & has decent training, so I think she deserves a chance to see if she'll hit the boards.
3. Risoria or Aves
I'm torn between these two. Risoria is not on the board, but she has the best training of the bunch & has produced 2x WWW. If you can afford it, I would seriously consider sending her to the best matching stud in the top 10-15 ABLB.
Aves is the on SHLB, but Paldea is looking so promising, I'd be afraid it's a one-and-done situation.

I would definitily cull Saxon & Taveta. They haven't made the boards or produced anything good.
Penzance and Valeera depends on how many mares you want to keep on your main breeding roster. They have produced WWW, but none of those WWWs have amounted to anything.
Avalon is training weaker than Morgana with the same production so far, so I would prioritize Morgana. Training isn't everyting, but better training generally equates to a better horse.
I don't have a definit opinion on Penlee yet till her wk 7. So far she's training better than Mom.
Nicolli has produced a bunch of WWWs, so is worth keeping around. You've got better training younger mares, so using her depends again on how big a breeding roster you want to keep.

A bit more of my two-cents worth.
For my LB breeding, I only use studs in the very top ABLB, as these are normally the stallions who will produce the next generation of very top ABLB. I try to stick to Top-10 but will stretch to Top-15 for a perfect match.
I'm going to wrap this up as I need sleep to function at work tomorrow, LOL. I LOVE breeding & matching & have been chasing the top ABLB for 6 real-life years with SHs, so feel free to reach out. :) Be advised, though, that I have a pretty busy life, so it may take me a while to get back to you.
