I don't know what is my deal but I feel like everything is my fault, like if I see something bad on the news like a car crash I think of me being the person that hit the person that is now hospitalized and now I feel guilty, even when I didn't do it. It makes me think of being the bad guy in every single scenario and I'm tired of it. I just want to live my life without feeling the weight of pressure from things I didn't do.
