As some of you know, today I had a laser pointer explode. And I mean, VERY literally, it EXPLODED. It sent chemical dust everywhere, and became scorching. For a second I couldn't figure out what it was, as I had a bottle of soda on my desk as well as some hand sanitizer that kind of sprays that colour... And then came the smoke. . Then the pointer started glowing bright orange. . I didn't HAVE time to reconsider my actions so within about 7 seconds of this thing exploding, I rushed it downstairs with my bare hands and threw it out a window onto the concrete where it promptly started BURNING. I then went to urgent care for burns, where I was then informed I have chemical burns and needed the ER. . The ER informed me I should be suing for this crap. . I contacted Amazon urgently because they ALSO are liable for this, and they're refusing any refunds. . I'm pissed. . Seems I'll be getting court cases for two companies...

I seriously hope so! Supposedly Amazon is JUST as liable as the company that built them, so I guess my next step is just simply an attorney.

I'll be alright. It's nothing life-threatening... Just painful. And thank you! Seems I'm going to need it since Amazon is adamant on not even a refund.
