You know life is against you when after 4 years of avoiding Covid, you get a new job and after 4 weeks get Covid and have to miss a week of work. Then your daughter notifies you that she has cervical cancer and you cannot be there with her because she is in Vermont and you are in Florida. She has no insurance and does no qualify for medicaid. This has been two years of nothing but bad, I have not had one good thing happen to me. My daughter and I are both trying so hard to get our lives back in order, but every time we take one step forward, something happens and we go three steps back. What did we do to make this happen? I pray every night, for help with my daughter, but my prayers are not answered.

I will admit that compared to a year ago at least she currently has a job and a place to life, but I'm not sure how long that will last.

I am so very, very tired.
