I'm not sure if this is a bug or something to do with my devices but I'm unable to upload art onto any of my horses and with any of my accounts. I've sent the same file to 2 other people and they have been able to use the image. It's a 66KB jpg file with 500 x 500 dimensions but I keep getting the error "Oops your file size is too big!" |

And I just want to add in that I was able to upload one of their pictures to test it out and I was able to. |

Can you save it as a jpg and try to upload that? |

Can you save it as a jpg and try to upload that?
It was already a jpg. I used a file converter to turn it from a png to a jpg. I haven't had that issue since yesterday though. So maybe it was a one off? |

Never mind. I'm having the issue again  this is the file information. It should be working but its coming up as "file size too big" |

May I ask which device you're using? I'm never able to upload JPG images from my phone because it saves it as weird sizes or it tries to upload it as JPEG instead of JPG no matter what I do. PNG works much better for me from mobile devices. |

I use my iPad for images. It wasn't an issue before but then it's suddenly become an issue. I typically save it as a PNG and then convert it to a JPG. And then if I need I compress it. 🥲 I might try doing it on my laptop though. Thank you! |
