I could be totally wrong but if I remember correctly I think that the countdown doesn't show up on mobile on purpose because of formatting changes; this is a relatively recent thing. I'm on mobile and don't see it either ^-^

You can turn rotate lock off and turn your phone on its side to see it <3

I can see it now that it's closer to the actual news on the news page! ^^
