I have reset the image about five times and placed art than reset it and I still can't see her image.

Is it the original game image that is messing up or did you try to upload your own art? |

the game image. I bought her like that, I thought that maybe she came with art that needed reset or something.
I have owned her since november of 2017 and the image is still like that. |

She might have the new ToTo pattern which I know glitches out on the X portrait and causes the picture to not show up. |
