Cannot send EBs to stable

Whenever I press the "Pay Another Stable" button, I can only put in the stable number, not the amount or memo. The boxes are not clickable. I thought it might be because of my pallette, because the boxes in "Search horses" etc. are the same color as the background, and I cannot see them.
