Correct. Think of the settings like this
Any Combo is a horse that is "that rating or higher" across the board
Exact Match is that rating exactly or higher.
So a mare set to SubWSub Any Combo could have an ASA, SPS, PPS or WWW bred to her since those ratings are all considered higher.
A mare set to Exact Match of PSS can only have studs used that are PSS or higher and they must be a P+ in Dressage and S+ in XC/SJ

I understand the coding now but I still feel like the logic doesn't make sense haha. I wonder if there would be a way to change this without too much hassle. Having ratings equivocate to an unknown average seems weird, especially when it's not intuitive.
