They would often like of Spiral them, or make a sideways Z shape. or even cut all the branches off and just leave one pointing a certain way like an arrow.

I am specifically looking for a type of Tree Marking.
Early Tree Getters in Australia would break and bend young trees to grow in particular ways...

Apparently it was a method used by The Native Americans that we adopted...I would love to find proof of it in a book or something.

Hello all :)
I am in search of a new horse as I just sold one of my own that I outgrew. I have my criteria on what I'm looking for, and so I am asking for a bit of help on finding this horse.
You may look on any website or social media, no limits there
PM me the link to the horse you find and I will have a peak

Criteria:
Age: no older than 12, but must be broke
Gender: MUST be a gelding
Breed: Quarter Horse - any variation such as Paint
Height: NOT under 14.2hh - preferably not over 16hh but it's not a big deal
Appearance: Must be pretty to look at. It may be a bit shallow, but it could be the best show horse in the world, but if it's ugly to look at, no thank you. (I have a soft spot for dark bay's)

Discipline: Reining - Cow Horse - Pleasure - Showmanship - English - Jumping (NOT all are necessary, but would be absolutely perfect)
Location: B.C - Alberta - Saskatchewan Canada
Price: UNDER $10,000 Canadian

***NOTE***~ These are extra tips so you have a better understanding of what I'm looking for ~
- 4 beat lope (doesn't have to be exactly 4 beat, but must be slow at all gaits)
- Smooth transitions (from walk-trot trot-lope walk-lope as well as downward transitions)
- Flying lead changes
- Spins
- Stops (doesn't have to be sliding, but must have a whoa)
- Side Passes (must move off your leg)
- Smooth to ride
Thank you so much to all who help out and help me find my next horse
