That's what we are thinking. Vet will be out Monday. For now he's laid up in his stall...

Hope he gets better! Hot compresses on his leg can help bring down any swelling/relieve pain.

There's been some improvement. More updates to come on Friday. Getting surgery tomorrow:)

I'm so so so soo sorry this has happened to you. You've done sooooo well with him. It always the way with horses you take 2 steps forward and 3 or 4 steps backward.

Uber is back into light work and we are preparing for a show on the 11th. My sister has been riding him as I just got surgery:)

Oof, what was the surgery? I've only ever had it on my mouth (yes, surgery, not just dentist stupidity) and I felt like crap after. Hope you get back to normal soon!

I had my wisdom teeth out and a mass above one removed. Am healing from minor nerve damage (so half of my lip will remain numb until the nerve heals).

Long story short I have to thank candy corn for cracking a tooth and revealing deadly infection. Mouths suck. Best wishes <3
