Because smaller stables would have access to free breedings of said horse.

But only if the small stable is premium. Nothing of interest to free stables here.

This. That and you need someone to breed it. The person who breeds it could just decide to keep the foal to themselves. It would be a selfish and just generally rude thing to do but it could happen.

I have a few questions, *Rered the first post, this is a donation system. another question I have, is a quality mare/stud is just one half of a match, how are the horses going to be well matched and bred to quality horses? Cos if not it's pointless no? and also what would happen if Random Factor, as it often is, is a bitch and gives a PPP, or a really weak horse, or such? I am totally for helping newer stables in many ways, but I think helping them learn the showing process of the game and then breeding their own strong horses is more rewarding for them. That's the thing, too. Even if it was bred by a stable and deemed shared by the entire club, it's no different from the other clubs who have an owner who breeds their own super strong horses and does giveaways and discounts for their own club. And, in the end, there's also still the rule of, whoever's stable the horse is in - even if it's accidentally sold or being "boarded" - it's technically their horse. If they chose to keep it to themselves... There's not much that can be done I imagine. . Helping small stables is a bit more than giving them a free stallion or mare. They don't have the strong other half. And leaderboards are leaderboards, you gotta use who's currently up there. You may get a horse that reaches the top, but there's nothing saying that a new one won't take over the next season from the very same match. There isn't such thing as a "powerhouse" that trumps all others.
