Kylie constantly wiped away her tears as she picked everything up and took the rest from Max. "...Thanks," she sniffled. "Yeah... I'm fine..." she lied, wincing as she inspected her scrapes.

Kylie quickly gathered her papers and things, trying not to hurt herself any further. Her scrapes were pretty bad. And to make it worse, she'd just embarrassed herself in front of the guy she liked. "Sorry- you didn't have to help- thanks," she muttered, unable to make up her mind on what to say. Her face and neck where engulfed in blistering red blush, keeping her eyes down, wiping away her tears.

"Hey, it's no worries. I'm always down to help somebody if they need it. Are you sure you're alright? Do you need anything?" He asks, gazing at her as he handed her her things before offering just a hint of a soft, kind smile. One he hadn't shown to many others since he was not often in these scenerios.

Kylie glanced up, her cheeks turning into a flaming red. "Yeah, im fine, thanks," she muttered. The same boy came out of the building. "Aw!! Does the fattie have a little boyfriend?!" He yelled at her. Kylie blushed even more profusely, staring at her feet shamefully.

Max glared over at the man who shouted, watching him like a hawk before looking back at Kylie. "Ignore them, don't let it get to you. Not like you deserve any of it anyway." His voice sounded out after a moment, his gaze looking off at something in the distance before back at the woman. "I'll see you around," He managed, walking off.

"Yeah see you later..." she muttered vaguely, walking home.

Kylie walked home alone, her papers crumpled and ruining in her arms. Tears dripped down her cheeks slowly as she walked home, wiping away them away as soon as they fell.
