The cameras zoomed in on Marco as he was dragged out of the arena by paramedics, towards a waiting ambulance. The song Amelia was singing got influenced by sirens for a moment before they faded away, rushing to the hospital. |

Amelia heard the sirens. She quickly finished her song, and jumped off stage. She ran toward the crowd around the ambulance, and pushed to the front. She didn't care if she was supposed to sing two more songs. WHen she heard the crowd saying his name, she ran to see if he was okay. When she saw him being carried of she froze. She covered her mouth in shock. |

Marco lay barely conscious, seeing double his vision and a constant ringing being the only thing he could hear. A trickle of blood ran down his chin, one of the paramedics practically yelling at him. "Sir---Sir!" He exclaimed, Marco's eyes rolling back and his vision going black. |

A few days later, Amelia was in the hospital waiting room, waiting to see him. After the accident, she had just gone home. She had tried to come everyday, but was always told he wasn't in a stable enough condition to have visitors. SHe had just kept telling the nurses that she was a family friend so she would be able to visit him. Lia didn't know why she wanted to see him. They had just met! But for some reason she just couldn't stay home. Her manager had called her yesterday. Yelled at her for leaving in the middle of the show. But she didn't care. She knew she did the right thing. |

Marco had only recently woken up, a check showing he'd broken his neck from the impact, not lethal, but close enough. He sat up in the hospital bed, grabbing his phone off the nearby table and doomscrolling. |

"Ms Cyan? Mr Romano can see you now." The nurse at the check in counter called her. Amelia sprang out of her seat and slided over to the counter. "Right this way please. He's in a very delicate state, so if he starts to seem off, call us right away. In here please." Amelia took a deep breath and knocked on the door. |

Marco was still in somewhat of a daze as he heard a knock, wondering what the nurses wanted now. |

"Mr Romano, there's someone here to see you," called the nurse. "Can she come in?" |

"Yeah," He called, tensing slightly as he hoped it wasn't anybody he was related to, as they were all asshats. |

The nurse walked away, reminder Lia to call them if anything happened. Amelia knocked again for politness befor entering. "Um, hi. To be completely honest, I don't know why I'm here." |
