Remy panted for air, put of breath. "Sage... I love you..." Remy whispered.

Sage had just flopped over next to Remy, also panting. He smiled at remys comment though, pressing a kiss to his cheek. "I love you too."

Remy smiled, curling into Sages chest.

Sage just wrapped himself around Remy, already starting to go limp as he drifted off. After a day of hunting and caring for the egg, and now this...well, he just didn't have any energy left.

Remy smiled, letting his drift off before he got up, going to get the egg and put it right inbetween Sage and Remy, holding both of them close.

Sage wasn't fully aware of what was happening, but once Remy settled back in with the egg, he curled in around then slightly more, despite being asleep.

Remy smiled, kissing his cheek and drifting off.

Sage stayed asleep for a while, and when he woke up he checked on the egg quickly before letting himself curl in and drift off a bit more since he was still pretty tired

Remy slept.

Sage lay around for a while longer, drifting in and out of sleep, before he woke up for food and moved to grab the egg, moving his tail again to fan it, staying close to Remy still
