"Why?" She asked, confused.

"You see,god I hate talking about this.I was going throught the worst depression ever.Litterly standing at my balcony every night and deciding if I should jump or not.My best friend and sister had died,at football practice,the entire reason why I have friends on my team is because of how depressed I was.Got medicine but,did'nt do anything.That night when we met,I had plans of jumping off my balcony.Just,ending it all,satisfying myself.But,I saw hope in you,so,I stuck with it and,now my life is content." Caden never really like to open up but,he felt like Rose deserved the truth.

Rose looked at him in disbelief. "Never. Never do that." She kissed him, emphasizing why. "You will never take yourself away from me, understand? Caden, you can't ever do that, it would kill me too. I'd rather jump with you than let you do that." She kissed his chest, feeling more essential than ever to him.

"Of course I won't.Im better now,because of you.You saved me,your the light in the darkness." Caden felt Rose kiss his chest and held her close,right next to his heart. "I'll never leave you,I promise." He whispered in her ear.Caden had fulll beleif in his words,knowing they were facts.

" 'Kay." Rose said, falling slowly asleep.

The next morning, Rose woke up beside Caden, who was already awake. "Morning, handsome." She said, kissing him. "Do you want to go to school? My game is tomorrow, so I don't need to be there until then. I thought it would take longer for them to make arrangements, but they were quick. Oh, do you have practice? I could watch?"

"Yeah,I have a test in calc." Caden got out of bed before quickly putting on a pair of jeans,white tank-top,and his royal blue and white senior jacket.He went into the bathroom and made sure his perm was still looking fine.A cross-necklace soon found its way on his neck as well as a pair of white air-forces. "Your so hot for no reason." Caden said blankly. "Nah,I don't have practice today but i have it tommorow."

"Alright. If you can't make it to my game tomorrow, that's fine." She said, pasting a smile on her face. She stared into his perfect eyes. "Can I have Charli's number, handsome? I want to have a word with her, just to clear something up." She asked, a flash of anger in her eyes.

"Yeah,she's found a way to text me even when I block her number." Once he had transferred the number to Rose's phone,a flash of worry cam upon him. -Ah shit,do they have beef with eachother or what?-

"Thanks, handsome. I'll see you later, then." She quickly flopped onto the bed after kissing him, pulling up Charli's number. Hey. Meet me in the school's lot at 2:30pm. She sent it, knowing Charli would think Caden was texting her from a different phone.

Caden skirted out of the driveway,runnning late.He eventually pulled up to the school and walked to calc.
