I want it on my right hand because on my left the tattoo on the inside of my arm comes up a little too far and I think it would look odd, but my right hand has a bunch of scars from being scratched by various animals. And now a pretty decent sized one is developing on my hand from an incident .-.

Another question, tattoos over scars, are scars an issue? Like will artists do it commonly?

They should have Saran Wrap available anyways for wrapping stuff to keep it clean. I don't think it would be an issue to ask

Caden heard sirens and saw flashing lights pull into the driveway, a fist banging against the door.
"PHEONIX PD OPEN UP!"
A voice boomed, Caden stuck in place as he held Emily to him, pressing a kiss to her head as they now started busting the door down.
"HANDS WHERE I CAN SEE THEM! DOWN ON THE GROUND!"
One of them shouted, digging the barrel of his rifle into the side of Caden's head, who was now flat on the ground, the officer yanking his wrists back and cuffing him.
"The hell is going on?!"
He shouted, confused and wild eyed.

They shoved her into the backseat as well, sirens wailing as they sped off. Caden sat in the backseat, looking up in the frontseat, noting no sort of panels or anything. Just a standard beater car, the two men in the front seat yanking off the police gear, leaving everyday clothes underneath. His eyes widened at the realization, realizing these weren't police as they turned down a dirt road.
"No...no no no no."

Panic set it on Caden, managing to unclip his seatbelt with his hands cuffed, reaching behind him and unlocking the door, barely managing to get it open before barreling out of the car, twisting his wrists and breaking the cheap aluminum cuffs, sprinting for his life across the field towards the forest.
"Hey, we got a runner!"
The driver called over the radio, grabbing his rifle before shooting numerous rounds after Caden, the man falling to the ground.
