``We`ll start off with a tour,`` Mr. Taylor smiled before he headed off, glancing back to make sure they were following. He started off with the main barn where most of the highly-acclaimed horses, gesturing towards them and explaining who they were and what they did. Myra followed along quietly, glancing between them. She did pause in front of Adonis` stall, giving him a brief scratch on the neck.

Caleb followed and nodded along as the Mr. Taylor pointed out the different horses. Caleb was surprised he'd heard of a couple of them.

Myra eventually caught back up with them, a nicker from Adonis sounding like a plea of sorts for her to stay. She knew he wanted to be let out and ridden, but it was too early in the morning.. at least for her. Once her father finished showing him the barn, they went to the tack room and feed room, where he briefly explained things; all the horses had a chart with their feed on it, so memorization wasn`t a huge deal.

Caleb listened intently as Mr.Taylor explained the feed and tack they used and when to use it. He smiled and nodded when he noted about memory. Caleb really didn't have a good one..

It wasn`t long before her father finished the tour, exchanging a few last words with Caleb before nodding in her direction. She watched as he headed back inside the house, frowning briefly at the sight of her sister peering around the door to give her a knowing smile. With a shake of her head, she focused on Caleb again, explaining softly, ``He`s going to talk with my mother about hiring you.``

Caleb smiled. "Perfect. It'd be nice to work here rather than somewhere else." He said, watching Mr. Taylor walk away and go into the house

Myra smiled and nodded in agreement. After a few moments of silence, she spoke up again, ``I like to think we`re all a big family here. It`s really chill since my parents aren`t too strict about anything.``

|
"Perfect" he said, still smiling at her but it was a softer smile now.

(Trying to sneak in some potential drama, xd.) She smiled at his words, waiting patiently for her parents to return. Occasionally, one of the other workers would walk by and greet her, casting a curious glance over at Caleb. She did frown, however, when a familiar face walked by, eyeing her; her parents did not care much that her one and only ex worked here, even if they did argue practically all the time.

Caleb caught the looks being thrown and chuckled. "What's up between you and him?" He asked, curious. She didn't seem like the kind of woman to just hold grudges for no reason, and he also didn't want to butt into anything he shouldn't be by accident
