"No, i'm fine with saying. I just didnt know if it would be all day or just a couple hours, thats all." Matt smiled, his voice a little panicky as she looked up at him. He didnt want to come across as rude, or as not wanting to be there, so he felt he at least had to make sure. "I promise i'm happy with being here." he spoke, softening his tone as the sentence left his mouth so she at least believed him.

Trixie tilted her head at him a little more with the panicky tone, giving his hand a gentle squeeze as he continued to speak. "Alright. I just want you to know I won't be insulted if you don't wanna stay- it won't be very entertaining for you. I'm always glad to have you with me though." She nodded softly, rubbing her thumb gently over the back of his hand as they made it into the venue.

"Well i'll stay" Matt smiled, doing his best to sound confident in his words though he didnt quite. It was tricky, especially after her mentioning Damien. As they made it in, he scanned the people around him, half in surprise, half in slight disgust. They all looked somewhat good, but half of them either looked like nepo babies or just...questionable.

"Alright." Trixie shrugged, keeping a hold of his hand and making her way toward her manager. He gave her a small smile that could barely qualify as one, looking confused when he saw Matt but skating over it anyway. He promptly shooed her off to go change, and she nodded, leading Matt to a place just outside the changing rooms with seating in the hallway. "I'm gonna go change really quick. I love you." She said lightly, pressing a kiss to his forehead and offering him a slightly nervous smile before she went to the changing rooms.

Matt looked at who seemed to be her manager, staring at him with nothing but a flat, dead expression. He didnt think anything bad of the guy, just..a little strange. As he was lead off somewhere to change he scanned everyone else, thankfully not catching sight of the person he had seen her with on the beach. "I love you too" he said softly, reciprocating her kiss before stting himself down where she had told him to, simply just thnking whilst he waited.

Trixie simply stared at the 'dress' she was supposed to wear for a few moments in utter dislike. After an appropriate amount of time, she sighed and forced herself to change into it, along with the heels that came with it. It was somewhat of a struggle- needless to say, the thing was confusing- but she got into it after a few minutes and stared at herself in the mirror. She glared at the dress, tugging at it gently, trying to make it cover anything more than it was doing now- which was barely anything. Once she did her best with that, she made sure her makeup was well, as was her hair before she walked out nervously. She could already tell Matt was going to hate it, but she didn't have any other option. She offered him a nervous smile when she stepped out of the room, walking over to sit beside him.

Matt looked up as someone came to sit next to him, not realising who it was until he properly focused his rather zoned out eyes on her. As soon as he did, his smile dropped slightly, and he bit the inside of his lip rather hard. "Um" he started, tearing his gaze away from Trixe rather quickly. "You have to wear that?" He asked, simply staring at the floor instead of her. To him, she looked absolutely beautiful and he would do anything to see her in that dress. The problem was, the fact she was wearing it around other..male models. He rubbed his forehead for a second, then looked back up. "Never mind, its fine. You look great." he smiled, kissing her cheek briefly. He wasnt okay wth it in the slightest, but couldnt make a scene. Matt wasnt the controlling type when it came to clothes, he could fight. But not in a place full of upcoming/semi famous models.

Trixie bit her lip at his reaction, swallowing and looking down at the dress with a frown. The question made her feel suddenly insecure, and she gently readjusted the dress again- not that it helped. "Uhm- well, yes. I haven't got any other choice." She said quietly, shrugging and staring at her feet quietly. She glanced up when he spoke again, offering him a faint smile and leaning hesitantly into his kiss. "Thanks." She nodded quietly, staring at her hands folded in her lap. The excitement she felt before entering was beginning to dwindle- somewhat rapidly. It was replaced with a slight sense of dread that made her wish he would go do something rather than stay- especially if his reactions would be similiar to that. "You do know I don't choose what to wear, or what to do during these shoots, right? I promise you, I wouldn't be wearing this unless I absolutely had to." She added softly, looking back up at him and offering him a faint smile.

Matt nodded at her first couple of comments, his eyes blurred over and zoned out in the direction of the floor. He lifted his head as she spoke again, the sounds and sights coming back into play as he did so. Slowly, he nodded again, slightly sceptical as he looked at her, though he tried not to let that on. "I understand, Trixie. I know its quite literally your job, its just..worrying you know?" He started, fiddling with his rings nervously. "I in every way trust you, I promise. And like I said, you look amazing." he added, his voice a whisper but his smile genuine. Complimenting Trixie always made him feel so much better, as did the very sentence "i trust you." Because it was true. She trusted him to work at the pub still, it was really the least he could do.

Trixie frowned at him, the slightest bit of insult crawling into her mind at his words. She caught onto his skepticism- however slight, which made her feel... even worse. She didn't quite smile at the compliment, but the corners of her mouth twitched upwards ever so slightly. "Yeah. I... I know." She shrugged, pressing a light kiss to his lips and afterwards giving a small sigh. Despite what he was saying, she didn't feel trusted- if he felt the need to worry, then surely he didn't trust her completely. At least, that's what went through her mind. The entire day had gone from exciting to unhappy very quickly. She snapped herself from her thoughts and stood. "I guess we should go ahead and head out." She said quietly, tugging at her dress again anxiously. The look on his face when she first walked out stuck with her rather a lot, and she found herself even less secure than she had been before.
