John looks around in the military camp as he sat down and yawns before a guy came up and said " Sargent the captain is looking for you " John nods and said " thank you solder " as he walks towards the captain cabin and knocks on the door before entering John salute to him and captain said " you may sit " John sat and said " what can I do for you sir " the captain said " we have word from the guard in the southern area that they are coming so you might deploy soon just go and enjoy yourself and I'll call when you come in " John sighed and then said " I understand that sir have a good day " captain nods and waves him away John got up and walks out and head towards his truck before his dog Raja came running and he pets her happily as he opens the car door and had her hop in before heading down the road he was going to meet up with some buddies before going home.

Josie woke to Lilia tapping her arm. She rubbed her eyes and looked around the dusty room. Light filtered in through small cracks in the ceiling, and a layer of dirt coated the ground. It wasn't roomy, but it was cozy. And it was all she got. Josie turned to Lilia. "What is it?" She asked, mindlessly scratching Peanut behind the ear. "Mommy, Mr. Joeson is calling you. He said if you dint hurry up he'd fire you." In a panic, Josie looked at the clock on her bedside table. 8:23. "I'm late! Thank you, Lilia, now go do your math homework and meet me at the bar for lunch, okay?" Josie said this while she was pulling on her bar maid dress and pinning up her hair in a messy bun. She rushed across the street and got to the back door of the bar at 8:29. The kitchen smelled of eggs and flapjacks, but she disregarded them all as she rushed through the cooks and bakers, accidentally knocking an empty pot over. When she got to the door that led to the bar, she slowed, took a deep breath, and stepped through.

John sighed as he drove he first had to change his clothes to a pale white shirt that showed his abs then a baggy pants that fit it just looked baggy on him, as he pulls into the parking lot he sighed knowing his friends might be causing trouble with some of the bar maids as John turns off the truck and let's Raja out with a caller and leash on the caller saying " Don't touch or I'll bite "as he head for the door he stops and smiles at his brother Kevin who was meeting up with him and the buddies, Kevin said " hey brother what's up " as he pets Raja who liked him just as she like john . Kevin looked back at him and said " woah man what wrong you look like you got some bad news " John chuckles and said " let's get inside I'll tell you when I am sitting with my troop " Kevin nods and they walked in Kevin walking over to the boys as Raja stayed with John as he head to the bar and sighed waiting to order something from them.

Josie grabbed a glass from the shelf. Joeson had yelled at her, sure, but it was hardly anything to get mad about. And yet she was still mad. If he didn't want her to be late then why not pay her enough that she could buy an alarm clock or something! It was infuriating. Josie looked up as the bell on the door tinkled. A group of men walked in and sat down. Josie didn't pay much attention to them. People came in all the time. Especially soldiers, since they were so close to one of the camps.

John looks down at Raja who was wagging her tail hard and he laughs before walking over to the boys and said " so did the captain tell you what about to happen " a man name Phil nods and said " we are all going to be deployed out to war and have to pay the cost of other people making this war happen " John shakes his head and sat down before saying " we been in it before not like we died and all" Phil nods and said " you know they don't allow pets in the bar " as he was pointing at Raja and John laughs and said " they can try to kick Raja out but she won't let anyone touch her " Kevin said " I bit since you trained her " as he walks up and smiles
