Max came in, grabbing a RedBull from the fridge. "Morning," He murmured, Em echoing the word back. She swallowed hard, fidgeting slightly. "Is uhm, is Noah... off, to you?" She asked, glancing up at him. The man considered it for a moment, slowly nodding. "Yeah... just a little bit. He's probably just tired, though. Mid term is coming up anyways, sleep deprivation might be catching up to him." He mused, his sister nodding. "Okay good, because I thought something was actually wrong. Well, i'm off to meet up with my friends to study, then. Tell Noah where I went if he asks," She explained, grabbing her bag before walking out. Max relaxed when she left, sighing. "Came real close to saying it, Max. Real close." The man muttered under his breath, taking a sip of the energy drink.
