Sage chuckled softly and nodded, wrinkling his nose slightly. "I don't think either of us would have anyone to invite anywY," he admitted after a moment. If she didn't know her past, the empress and all were no longer her buddies, and he had his father but hated him. So no ....they'd have no one at their wedding. That was alright though. "At least it means we can get it done sooner rather than than later," he added after a few moments of thinking. He nodded as she explained what the bite did, humming in thought as she spoke. "That makes sense," he noted. Then he grinned over at her. "But don't worry, you're gonna be mother to litters of wild vampire werewolf babies," he noted happily, though he did keep his voice down so the general population didn't hear what they were. He didn't trust them that much. Or....at all, really. "I'm glad to be your mate, and you husband," he hummed after a moment or two after that, giving the girl a grin and then moving to stand up once the train had slowed to a stop at the station they were getting off at.

Sage couldn't help but chuckle when she noted that he'd father all the....whatever you'd call them. Their kids. It made him rediculously happy, in a way he couldn't explain. It was silly, really, and he chided himself for having such a teenage like reaction to their relationship. Then he realized he was technically still that age gap, as was Celeste. Well...that was where she was physically, anyway. He knew she'd been immortal for a while. At her comment though, he chuckled softly. "Why don't we pick out a ring this afternoon," he suggested. While they were out it might be a good idea. And they were both excited. Plus, as much as he hated it....he didn't exactly have money to go out and buy one himself. This way she could at least pick out the ring she wanted most, since ti would be her money buying it. He knew she had plenty and it wouldn't bother her.....but it still felt wrong that he couldn't even manage to get her a ring to propose with or anything. He said this as the got off the train, figuring they could drop their bags off at the hotel and then head out and look at the stores in town. He wanted to get this all done as soon as possible....especially sicne he'd be morphing in the next night or two and be out of commission for a while. It was stupid really, and he hated how badly it all affected him, but it happened every month, and there wasn't exactly anything he could do about it.

Sage grinned back at the girl when she agreed to go get the rings this afternoon, following her along up to the hotel room. He pretty much just dropped all their stuff in a pile and then moved to take her hand again, letting her drag him back out and into the town. Normally, he hated shopping....even when he did have money. But this he was excited about....he'd never thought he would want to go shopping, but he certainly wanted to marry her. "When are we wanting to get married then," he asked, taking Liz off of her so she could look at all the rings and such around. Technically, they could go to a church right now and have someone do it, but he wasn't sure if that was rushed or anything. He'd let her decide what she wanted. But he also didn't know when she'd be fertile, and if she wabted marriage before children, it would have to be before that, or they'd miss an entire year, which neither of them wanted.

Sage grinned at her when she pecked Liz on the forehead, sort of bouncing the baby gently to keep her entertained as Celeste looked through all the jewelry. In all honesty, he didn't much care what their wedding bands were, as long as they weren't pure silver....though she knew silver would burn him so he figured she'd pick something hold out, which was fine by him. He busied himself by keeping Liz calm and quiet, since they were in a store, and a very nice one at that. Though, when Celeste called him, over, he moved to slide towards her and peer over her shoulder at the rings, nodding his approval. "those look good to me," he chirped, moving to back away after a few moments since Liz was reaching for the jewelry and hed much eather her not eat thousands of dollars worth of rings. But of course, the moment she saw the shiny things she wanted to do it anyway. In his opinion, it was safer to just keep her away from them. "Do you want those then, or so you want to put those on the list and keep looking," he asked Celeste quietly, feeling like he needed to talk quieter since the ahop was so silent. It wasn't a bad thing, of course, though. He did feel sort of out of place....this was all fancy and expensive stuff, and he was..well...not used to any of those things. Heck he hadn't even brushed his hair out or anything, which wasn't exactly abnormal. He quickly decided that while this was fun and he was excited about it all, he'd much rather be in the woods or something like that than in places like this all day. Sage couldn't help but grin when the girl decided on the rings. It was such a silly thing, to be so excited to buy something so small. But here was was, whispering something to Liz about how he was so excited about it all....mostly because he knew she'd never remember by the time she could talk or anything. He took her hand happily once she'd bought the rings, a faint flush on his face just because of how excited he was about all this. She really wanted to marry him. It seemed rediculous, like this was all still a dream...but he knew that was stupid. Plus, his dreams were never this good. It was a slightly amusing thought, though it wasn't a very good thing. Whatever, he was just happy this was all happening. At her comment about proposing, he chuckled softly and reached over to grab the box with the engagement ring from her gently, tucking it into his pocket with a grin. "I'll propose," he chirped. "Just not now, while you're expecting it," he added somewhat mischievously before taking her hand again as they wandered over to the hotel. He'd figure out a way to do it...and soon....he just had to get past morphing first. Trying not to die before he proposed did seem like it was a fair thing to do.
