"No." Astrid said getting up her wolf took form and ran outside and jumped in the water cooling her off "I hate this part." Her wolf said "Damon can you hear me?" Her wolf asked

Damon said " yes I can hear you is everything okay I am worried " as he can't handle his wolf show as worried

"She's going though what all she wolves go through till they are marked by there mate." Her wolf said too him "im hopping you would do it soon." Her wolf then said

Damon said " so she actually in heat " as he walks out as his wolf since it forced himself out and made him shift

"Unfortunately yes and its worse on her." She said too him Astrid was laying by the shore panting she was in so much pain so bad it was draining her

Damon walks over and said " then let me relieve that pain " as he smirks before walking closer to her licking her head softly

The next morning Astrid woke up her shoulder hurt she looked over and seen a new mark on her and got in the shower she still was on the warmer side of everything so she used it too cool down then got dressed and went out too the front porch and sat down

Damon was awake and gone since he was still a alpha and he had to make sure everyone was following the rules and keeping on his good side before mind linking Astrid " how are you feeling "

"Im ok still not the best." She said too him as she went down to the lake changed form and caught a fish in her wolf form eating it right then and there before going after another one that was till she seen a deer and went after it but it was too fash and agile it managed to get away from her

Damon said " it would go away soon since you been mark by me ", Reddish gray wolf jumps and grabs the deers neck and pulls it down befoee killing it and let the head fall out of his mouth before back up for her to eat
