Rose waited on the bed anxiously, wondering why he had acted so wierd

"Oh my god.." He still muttered,darting out of the house and to the dock.Caden sat on the dock,the lake crashing below him.His legs dangled off the edge,head in his hands.He was wanted by the police and they'd be here soon,really soon.

Rose heard Caden and walked silently out to him. "You okay, handsome?" She asked, placing a hand on his back

"I don't know how to explain it.My computer has it on it." He says,sorrow

Rose nodded and walked back to the house, walking into his study and glancing at the words on the computer. She sighed, trying to hold on to her belief that everything happens for a reason. She walked back out to Caden silently, standing there for a moment. "You need to run" She stated, offering

"No,that'll make things worse." He muttered,many emotions slipping out.

"So you'll stay and get caught?" She asked, trying to make sense of it all

"Yes,no.I don't know." He muttered,combing through his hair with his fingers.Caden stood,still staring into the vast lake before him.He turned to Rose,eyes cold and locking into her gaze. "Two might be safe,but one hides trauma as the other hides secrets.One will always run from their mind,the other will always run from something worse." With that he broke the tension,walking off to the house.He grabbed his keys,along with a few viles before walking into his study and just walking in,arms crossed with a sadder look looming around his face.

"Wait, Caden." She said, confused. She followed him, wondering what he was going to do. "What do you want me to do? Stay out of your way or help?" She asked, giving him the option to tell her off

"Please,just stay out of my way." He walked to his desk,sitting and rapidly searching through drawers and journals,eventually tearing out a page and shoving it in his pocket,ripping out another and writing on it.
