She pulls away just enough to meet his eyes, her smile wide and genuine, a little breathless from the closeness. "Wow, Noah," Emery laughs softly, her voice light and warm. "I didn’t know I was in for such a grand welcome tonight!" She places a gentle hand on his chest, her touch soft but firm. "But hey, if that’s your idea of a date, I’m definitely not complaining." Her eyes sparkle with playfulness, and there's a sense of contentment in her voice as Em adds, "You sure know how to make a girl feel special." |
