Laurel tried not to show she was nervous or that she'd been ogling him. She smiled softly at his words, nodding lightly. "I aim to please," she murmured, her words truthful. She didn't need him thinking she was lazy or incapable of listening. She did stiffen a little when he patted his lap, wanting her to sit, but she obeyed. It had been a while since she'd done anything even relatively intimate. Laurel sat down on his lap, her gaze moving over the features of his face now that they were close. "I cannot thank you enough for having me here," she added after a moment. |

Laurel listened to his words, vaguely aware of the way her skin tingled when he placed a hand upon her hip. Her brows furrowed just a little at his last rule, her head tilting as she looked at him. "I've got it. I'm not seeing anyone else, nor do I exactly have the time to, but I have to ask. If we're not 'together' then why care who I'm with I'm not working?" She asked, purely out of curiosity than anything. She highly doubted she'd fall in love with him and she knew this was a job, and she was never the most forthgiving with kisses as it was, especially to strangers. She was fine with his rules, in truth. |

Laurel hummed, leaning into him a little bit absentmindedly as she began to relax finally. "As you wish then. I'll be yours alone," she shrugged, knowing that she had to agree either way. Her only thought was about Damien, her ex-husband. He was still crazily possessive and obsessed with her, often making it hard for her to date anyways. |

Laurel gave in, sighing contently as she leaned into his chest. He was being a lot more gentle and calm than she'd expected and in truth she'd expected things to be a quick, degrading shag before she was kicked out to go home. She couldn't bring herself to ask, to seem like she wanted to just rush things to take her money and leave. It seemed rude and she was a bit nervous to even mention such a thing. His hand stroking down her back made her groan softly, the sensation relaxing as she nuzzled her face in the crook of his neck. "You'll put me to sleep if you keep doing that.." she murmured a bit jokingly, her finger tip lazily tracing one of the tattoos on his chest. |

Laurel continued to more or less snuggle against him, her chest slowly rising and falling as a sign of how calm she was. Her cheeks tinged with pink and she nodded as she lifted her head. "Admittedly, yes. I wasn't sure what to expect, and I suppose I'm still not," she told him, looking into his eyes. Perhaps Aria had been right. He'd been nothing but kind and even caring towards her since she'd arrived. |
