Adrien stayed asleep for quite awhile, not really moving other than to shift his wings slightly. He stayed like this for hours, until he heard Sage talking in a tired voice. Adrien looked over and pulled his wing away from Sage.

"G'morning"

He said tiredly, rubbing his eyes.

Sage sort of groaned when the warmth of Adrien's wing lift from his body and he gave the boy a pouty look but then just limpeted onto him. "Morning," he hummed with a sort of yawn. "Sleep ok?"

Adrien shrugged slightly and saw Sage shiver slightly. Even though Sage was a demon, he was somehow cold? Huh. Adrien stretched his wings out again and covered him slightly.

"I slept m'kay."

He muttered with a yawn.

Sage sort of hummed lightly in response to Adrien's comment, nodding happily. "Good, me too," he mused, relaxing into the other boy when his wing went around him again. It was just nice to be back and be able to snuggle like this again

Adrien closed his eyes slightly and hugged a pillow, keeping a wing stressed across Sage.

"Mmmmhm." he hummed quietly. Eyes closed tiredly. He had no idea how he was still tired.

Adrien let him do so and pulled him closer, keeping the hand on his waist. Adrien pulled him closer and wrapped his wing around Sage again. Adrien closed his eyes and began drifting back into a sleep.

Adrien drifted in and out of sleep for a while before stretching his limbs out, sort of like a cat, as the sun shone in through the window. Some of his scars glowed a golden color in the sun. The ones that had been given to him by the angels. He then laid back down and laid his wings back over his body. He loved the feeling of the sun shining on his skin, warming up his wings and body.
