"oh..." Abby dropped her head, her hair against his face. "then i guess i'll be on my own..." she lifted her eyes toward him without lifting her head.

He shook his head, "I will stay with you the entire time. I can always teleport past their supplies if needed to stay near you."

Abby have a weak smile before nearly jumping at the sound of a knock at the door. She watched Darcy bolt to the door, taking a deep breath before opening it for a tall, (she has to admit it) nice looking police officer. "I need to see miss Darcy alone for a second" his deep voice filled the room. He followed Darcy to her room. before the door even closed completely, they were kissing. Abby rolled her eyes as the door clicked. "That's just great. Why not get to know the guy who may torture me to get information" she whispered towards her feet.

Micah looked towards the door at the knock and immediately turned invisible. He wasn't sure if he should relax or not when the officer asked for Darcy. But his eyes followed the two to her room and let out a quiet sigh and a shake of his head at the two's actions as the door closed behind them. His eyes then went back to Abby as she quietly spoke and reassuringly held her hand with his own, his touch being cooler in this form.

Abby looked down at her hand, feeling a cool hand take hers. She smiled briefly before hearing sirens enter her driveway. The other police officer flew out of Darcy's room and stopped next to Abby, asking her if she had seen any man that looked like the picture he was holding up. Abby shook her head and so did Darcy. The officer turned away and walked to the door, closing it behind him and talking to the other officers.

Seeing a smile on Abby's face made Micah happy to see her a little calmer. He then turned his attention to the sirens outside and watched as the officer rushed out after Abby and Darcy had denied seeing him. 'Hopefully he believes them,' Micah thinks.

Darcy sighed before rushing into her room and watching out of the window as the officers got into their cars and left. Darcy plopped down onto her bed and pushed the door closed with her foot. Abby dropped her head and walked into her room. She left the door open and began pacing as she watched the window.

He follows Abby to her room and closes the curtains on the window. Micah then becomes visible and pulls Abby into a hug in hopes to calm her nerves.

For a second, Abby got scared but when Micah became visible again, she sighed. When he wrapped her in a hug, she sighed again, pulling her arms in close to her body and letting him hold her.

"Everything will be ok," he says in a reassuring voice, "I'll contact a few of my angel friends who know some humans. They'll know what to do about this."
