She dodged, and tried to make him let go of her wrist as she kicked and yelled, alerting Jaden from his room.

Jaden's eyes widened for a moment before his expression changed into something terrifying and feral. He yanked the man's arm off him, twisting it at a odd angle hard enough to make the man yelp. Jaden leaned close to his ear, murmuring something which made him pale, nodding his head before scrambling away. Jaden turned back to Charlotte, back to normal. "Anyway, you alright?"
