"do you feel any better this morning," he asked gently. She was clearly still upset, but didn't seem as upset about it. |

"Not really..." she mumbled. She felt better that she knew what it was, but not really. |

Sage nodded with a soft hum. "Take a day to rest. Destress a bit," he suggested. "The army can practice the drills from yesterday...your brother can manage them." |

Sage was glad when she agreed, smiling softly. "Good. Then I'll stay with you if you want me to," he murmured |
