Taylor texted Chad, asking him to come over and talk. Chad was there in a heartbeat. "Hey, hey, hey, whats wrong?" Chad asked, rushing over to her. Taylor continued to sob. "Its Caleb..." she sobbed. "Whatd he do now?" Chad asked, comforting her. "He doesn't want me... hes always too busy for me... he tells me he likes me and then just goes off with Whiskey and Angel... I've tried everything... he doesn't kiss me, or hold my hand, or asks me out on dates... I just wanna be loved..." she sobbed. Chad comforted her as best he could. . Her grandfather answered the door, pissed. Her grandmother shot Caleb a glare from the living room, where she sat knitting. Taylors sobs could be heard from every room in the house. "I don't think Taylor wants you right now, son," her grandfather spat.

"im not here to see her. look i know i've messed really bad and me being around is hurting her" he just wanted this over with "i love working here and i love taylor but i cant stay here im quitting. i don't want to cause more trouble or pain to your family." he'd be gone by tomorrow morning. and whiskey and angel would go with him.

Chad heard Calebs voice over Taylors sobs, "I'll be right back," he murmured to her, before storming out towards Caleb. "I need to talk to you," he muttered, yanking his arm out of the doorway as Taylors grandfather closed the door. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" Chad asked/yelled at him. "You like her but don't have time for her? God Caleb, you're so stupid, she loves you for fucks sake! You can't ever treat her right, huh? She is the sweetest, kindest girl you will ever meet and you can't even hold her hand or ask her out. She is perfect. You will never meet another woman like Taylor and you're about to throw it all away,"

caleb looked at chad "you know full well i dont know how to love. i never had that loving family, i never learnt. im doing this because i love her. because i care about her feelings more than mine. your right, she is perfect and im anything but that. i dont deserve her. she needs someone better, someone who knows how to love, how to be in a relationship, someone who knows how to care for her. i know none of that" caleb stood there. chad had every right to be mad. "nothing matters chad i already fucked it up. and i just quit. like hell her gradparents would let me keep my job."

"You never told her that though! She's never been in a relationship before either! But she could've helped if you just opened up and told her what was going on!" he yelled at him. "She has had a shit life and a shitty excuse for a father along with a dead mother. She is hurting and you are doing nothing but adding to that pain if you leave her now. She needs you. She wants you. You are running away because you are afraid. If you really cared about her more than yourself you wouldn't be leaving her alone like this,"

caleb was never really one to argue "you just said it yourself chad. im hurting her, she doesn't need me here. me leaving is the best shot of her being happy is with me leaving. if you cant see that your as blind as you say i am" it had gotten to the point taylor would be able to hear it.

"No, you aren't fucking listening," Chad growled. "If you leave you are going to hurt her even more than you already are. She isn't going to be happy without you," Chad yelled at him. Taylor opened the door, seeing the two boys. She stood in the doorway, still crying, watching the two of them. Chad noticed her and turned around, pushing Caleb towards her. "Go talk to her, man up Caleb,"
