Axel didn't move when Duncan first came into bed, though he did find himself shifting towards him as the night went on, so by the time the sun started peeking through the curtains around the window, the two of them were tangled up together like normal. He woke up briefly, early on, and just curled up closer before drifting back off again.

Duncan curled up into Axel tightly, tangling up with him and slowly waking up.
| |

Axel was more than happy to stay in that mostly asleep stage for a while, just comfortable in Duncan's arms. He really enjoyed spending his mornings like this - relaxed, safe, with nothing that needed to force him up and away from Duncan.

Duncan woke slowly. "Mm..." he murmured "Hi,"
| |

Axel was dimly aware of Duncan's voice, but was still a little too groggy to form words. He grunted out a sort of hello, though his voice was still heavy with sleep...but Duncan would know what he meant.

Duncan smiled sleepily, placing gentle kisses along his collarbone.
| |

Axel giggled softly at the kisses, a sleepy grin forming on his face in response to them. He hadn't expected that from Duncan, but he was certainly glad for it...it was nice.

Duncan smiled, and then gently bit down on his shoulder. Not too hard, but enough to leave a little mark.
| |

Axel felt his breath hitch slightly, not out of pain or anything, it was more of a good noise than anything. "You're in a good mood this morning," he hummed in fond amusement, but shifted so that duncan could get to more skin if he wanted to. Because admittedly, Axel was quite enjoying this.

Duncan smiled, doing it again. Duncan, being so innocent, didn't know what he was doing or what he might be implying, all he knew is that Axel seemed to like it.
